ALEXANDRIA NICOLE CELLARS WINE MAKERS DINNER

Bill and Pat Kimmer are pleased to announce Jarrod Boyle, founder and CEO of Alexandria Nicole Cellars will attend this special wine makers dinner. Alexandria Nicole is one of Bill and Pat’s favorite Washington wineries. The winery and tasting room are located in Prosser Washington. Alexandria Nicole Cellars is dedicated to producing small lots of handcrafted wine from its own Destiny Ridge Estate Vineyard on a 243-acre estate vineyard in Horse Heaven Hills. We will be serving three white wines and three red wines. Ty Wells, the General Manager of Bleu and a Western Culinary Institute Instructor, has created a fabulous six-course menu to complement the wines.  (See Menu that follows.  E-mail Bill Kimmer at billkimmer@kimmer.org at least a week in advance for a non-red meat entrée substitution.)   

Thanks to considerations from both the Western Culinary Institute and Alexandria Nicole Cellars this event has a great price point, feel free to invite your friends.  It should be a fabulous evening!
