Wine Dinner Event at
On October
17th, event hosts
Ed and Sue Kingzett
planned an elegant six-course menu paired with eight wonderful 2009
Gold Medal winning wines. The menu was prepared by
Portland City Grill's
Chef Ryan O'Brien.
The
food was so incredible, no one could choose their favorite course;
however, everyone was amazed with the first course's Glacier Ice Greens
accompanied with honey crisps, candied hazelnuts and Rouge River Bleu
Champagne Vinaigrette. Our guests this evening were
Dan Paynter from Zerba
Cellars and his wife, Paula.
Three of Zerba's award-winning wines were served.
