Beaucastel CDP, 6:30PM, Saturday, March 13, 2010 Heathman Hotel,
1001 SW Broadway, Chairpersons Ed and Sue Kingzett and Mark Lindau have
once again organized a five course dinner with creative James Beard
award-winning chef Phillippe Boulot. With Ed at the planning table you
know that we are having a chocolate dessert! The complete menu is
published in this newsletter. The dinner will be paired with a white
wine and a flight of eight Beaucastel wines from Chateauneuf Du Pape
