Making Reservations

 

Event registration emails will be sent within a month of the event date to allow you to pay on-line with a credit card.  The email will contain all the information you will need to make the reservation.  Of course, checks are always welcome at anytime prior to the event if the event is not sold out.  

 

If you prefer to make a reservation by check, mail your request with check to: Wine & Food Society of Oregon, Inc., 33 SW Third Avenue, Portland, OR 97204.  (Phone: 503-246-1111) 

Each event needs a separate check -- so please do not write one check for multiple events

If you're paying dues by check you need to submit a check separate from any events

Once made, a reservation may not be cancelled.

Substitutions are the responsibility of the member to arrange -- WFSO will keep a wait list.

Guests are welcome at the non-member price listed for the event.
