Reservations may be made by mail (enclose check),

phone.
Each event needs a separate check
-- so please do not write one check for multiple events
Dues need to be submitted on a
separate check from events
If you pay for events by credit
card, you can sign up for multiple events, pay dues, etc. all at one time as
you are only charged when monies for each event are deposited.

Once made, a reservation may not be cancelled.

Substitutions are the responsibility of the member to
arrange -- WFSO will keep a wait list.

Guests are welcome at the non-member price listed for
the event
