For those of you hosting an event, please be aware that new Reimbursement forms are available.   The forms are available in either an Excel or PDF format.  The Excel version will allow the user to enter costs into a form, and will calculate all totals automatically.  For those without access to Excel, the PDF version can be printed and then filled in manually.   The Excel Version.   The PDF Version.

All reimbursement forms and accompanying receipts should be forwarded to the attention of Cami Bunnell / WFSO Treasurer, 13025 SW Broadmoor Place, Tigard, OR 97223.   For any questions about the forms or reimbursement procedures, you can e-mail Cami at camib@msn.com, or call 503-579-2997.
