Chocolate, Chocolate, and more Chocolate will set the tone for this Black Tie Optional event. Bring one bottle of real Champagne plus one bottle of your favorite red wine to share with your sweetheart.

New York strip steak with dark chocolate mole sauce, grilled Peruvian potato cake,
sautéed broccolini.
