Steve Curtis, Chef-Owner of Porcelli's in concert with his sous-chef will prepare a Classic Summer Italian Sunday Dinner matching the great wines of Italy.  Steve graduated from the Western Culinary Institute and apprenticed under Chef Phillippe Boulot at The Heathman Hotel before opening this restaurant in July, 2007.

We do know the menu will include his fabulous Italian Wedding Soup. Most people think this soup is so named because it is served at Italian weddings. Not true. It is so named for its "wedding" of chicken and beef. It is made from chicken stock and contains beef meatballs along with Fresh Spinach and several other ingredients.  It is quite tasty. Steve has graciously waived corkage for our group.

All other courses shall be served “family” style. Including Italian Sausage with Creamy Polenta and Pepperonata, Lasagna Tradisionale, Veal Parmigiana, and Cheese Platter. Prices include gratuity and use of appropriate Reidel stemware.  Wines will include:
