Click here for a printed registration form. $140 per person Limit 12 (Members Only) May 21 , 2016 is the date for a Quilceda Creek Cabernet wine dinner at Allium Bistro in West Linn hosted by Ed and Sue Kingzett. Hors d' oeuvres will be served at 6:30 pm, followed by a five course dinner featuring a vertical of seven vintages of Quilceda Creek Cabernet; 1997 through 2003. Robert Parker of the Wine Advocate considers Quilceda Creek to be one of the finest producers of cabernet sauvignon not only in the United States, but the entire world as well. Ed has purchased these wines upon release, and has stored them under temperature controlled conditions since. A white wine will be poured with appetizers, and a port with the chocolate dessert. This event is a single bottle pour and limited to twelve people. The menu prepared by Chef Ian Ragsdale follows. Guests are asked to bring their own red wine stemware for seven pours. A white and a port glass will be provided. There is free parking on the street, in the lot behind the bistro, and under the bistro.
