Many of you will recognize Lou Perez, our genial Maitre d', who has waited on us previously at El Gaucho and Stockpot.  The steaks here compare very favorably with El Gaucho.
 
NV Andre’ Clouet Brut Nature won our recent blind tasting of non-vintage Champagnes.  It will be paired with a terrific Wedge Salad and Blue Cheese Dressing.
 
2003 Chaleur Estate is the 9th vintage of the Flagship Bordeaux blend from Dellille Cellars.  The Red Mountain origins of this wine are reflected on the nose with lavender and dried earth.  This very firmly structured white blend will stand up well against  the Spice Seared Tuna.
 
Woodward Canyon Columbia Valley Cabernets require no explanation.  Particularly these rare magnums of their Old Vines.

Finally, nearly 20 years ago a group of our Members stayed at Prager Winery and Port Works in the Napa Valley.  One of their most outstanding Port style wines was the 1997 Royal Escort.  It will go really, really well with cigars if you’re interested.

1998 Woodward Canyon Old Vines Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon en Magnum
