Time: 4:00 pm Location: Huber's Restaurant Host: David Louie Location: Huber's Café 411 SW 3rd Ave., Portland, OR Limit: 24 with tables spaced according to latest distancing guidelines $30 Members who sign-up on or before Dec. 3rd $50 Members who sign-up after Dec. 3rd and Escorts of Members Limit: Members and Escorts Only (Since this event is subsidized by your dues.) Established in 1879, Huber’s is “Portland’s Oldest Restaurant.” Enjoy an Old Fashioned Turkey Dinner at Huber’s inside the Historic Oregon Pioneer Building. Your dues help subsidize this year end party. Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings: You will have your choice of Soup, Salad, or Coleslaw to start. Enjoy Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Mashed Potatoes, Sage Dressing and Cranberry Sauce with Roast Young Tom Turkey. House Baked Beer Bread. And, of course, Homemade Pumpkin Pie with Chantilly Cream for dessert. Former Members and Co-Owners of Huber's David and Cindy Louie have graciously arranged to waive corkage and give us one of their most highly sought after party dates in this Portland "institution." Bring two (2) bottles per person of wine or Champagne – one wrapped to give away in the Wine Gift Exchange and one to enjoy and share with dinner. Both bottles should be worth a minimum of $40 retail each. The gift bottle should be wrapped and labeled with your name and date. We will vote on the best decorated bottles, sing a few holiday songs, and give out the gift bottles. Prizes for best decorated gift bottles: 1st Place: Veuve Cliquot Champagne 2nd Place: Nicolas Feuillatte Edition Limite’e Brut Reserve 3rd Place: Sokol-Blosser Evolution Sparkling Wine P.S.: Please bring an unwrapped children’s gift to be donated to Toy & Joy Makers. Huber’s signature drink, Spanish Coffee prepared tableside, will be optional and on yourself.
